The NCEM hosts a workshop exploring composition practice for early instruments and offering insights into building a career as a composer - plus a chance to sign up for the 2026 Young Composers Award with the potential for your piece to be featured on BBC Radio 3!
Primary Meetup

An invitation to all Music Leads from York and North Yorkshire primary schools to attend our next primary music meetup: All things Curriculum, including Assessment and Transition. We welcome a number of our Primary Lead Schools to showcase and support in various areas of their curriculum.
Time will be given to sharing or trying out new schemes of learning, while of course, enjoying cake and tea.
